The facility will be subordinated and supplementary to the PLN 479m senior loan agreement signed earlier this year by Qair Polska with a consortium of Santander Bank, PKO Bank Polski and BNP Paribas.<\/p>\n<p><em>We are very excited about this agreement being one of the first facilities of such type executed in renewable energy sector in Poland. Partnership with Brookfield, which owns and operates one of the world\u2019s largest pure-play private sector renewable energy businesses, is another confirmation of our ability to deliver quality projects, attractive for financial institutions. Strengthening and expanding our capital base will remain one of our priorities in the next couple of years<\/em> \u2013 <strong>said Krzysztof Wojtysiak, CEO of Qair Polska.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>We are very pleased to be supporting Qair in the growth of their renewable energy platform. This unique facility showcases our continued efforts in the renewable energy sector and our ability to help clients to optimise their capital structures<\/em> \u2013 <strong>said Ian Simes, Managing Partner, Brookfield Infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>portfolio consists of Wisznice (30.0 MW), Rychwa\u0142 (18.0 MW), W\u0105dro\u017ce Wielkie (17.5 MW), Olsz\u00f3wka (12.8 MW) wind farms and 29 small photovoltaic projects<\/strong> up to 1 MW each. All projects won the 2019 RES auction in Poland. Currently, they are under advanced construction process expected to conclude in 2021 in case of photovoltaic and 2022 in case of wind assets.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #003399;\">About Qair Polska<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qair Polska is an independent power producer from renewable sources and part of international group Qair, present on the Polish market since 2015.
