Paris, September 15, 2023 – <\/strong>Qair, an independent renewable energy producer, has launched yesterday a large-scale, 60-MW solar power plant in Kalisz Pomorski. The project, one of the largest of this type in Poland in terms of occupied area, will produce the equivalent of the energy consumed by approximately 20,000 households, with a reduction in CO2 emissions by around 50,000 tonnes annually.<\/p>\n

The facility covers a total area of 82 hectares and features over 112,000 solar panel modules and 240 inverters. The solar plant is equipped with 8 transformer stations and \u00a0a 11-kilometre-long high voltage (110 kV) line. The entire power generated will be sold to corporate clients under corporate Power Purchase Agreements (cPPAs).\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n
